Booking: A 20% deposit will reserve the booking. 30 days prior to your arrival, the remaining 80% of the rental fee will be charged. The directions to the house and the combination to the front door lock will be sent via email after processing the final payment, 30 days prior to the visit. |

credit card will be used for; a)
20% booking reservation b)
80% remaining rental fee to be charged 30 days prior to arrival c) The credit card number will be kept on file until after your departure in case of damages to the house. After the housekeeper has inspected the house, your credit card details will be erased from our records. |

Cancellation Policy: The rental fee is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non refundable. If we are able to find a replacement booking your fees will be refunded less an administrative expense. |

Check in/out: Check in is any time after 4:00 pm. Check out is by 11 am. If there are no other guests coming or going then these times are flexible to be arranged in advance. |
